The program includes introduction lecture, 4-day wet lab practice on Stereo-seq of a tumor sample, and partner exhibition.
Stereo-seq (SpaTial Enhanced REsolution Omics-sequencing) is the spatial technology capable of exploring the whole transcriptome from multiple species at true single-cell resolution through various sizes of centimeter-level capturing chips. Stereo-seq captures mRNA within the tissue on the chip and restores cellular spatial location through spatial coordination barcoding (Coordinate ID, CID), realizing in situ sequencing of tissues for establishing a strong research foundation for in-depth understanding of the relationship among gene expression, cell morphology and cellular microenvironments.
Each participant receives a certificate.
