ASCA-SEEKGENE-SESANA Single Cell Multiome ATAC and RNA-seq on a Genolab M platform

The workshop program includes introduction lecture, 2-day wet lab practice on SeekOne DD Single Cell Multiome ATAC and RNA-seq, 1-day practice on pooling and sequencing on a GeneMind Genolab M platform, and partner exhibition.
SeekOne DD Single Cell Multiome ATAC and RNA-seq is an innovative single-cell epigenomics solution, based on microfluidic principles. By constructing paired transcriptome and ATAC (Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin) libraries with shared single-cell barcodes, it enables simultaneous profiling of RNA expression and chromatin accessibility from individual single cell nuclei. This dual-omics approach provides comprehensive single-cell maps of gene expression and chromatin open regions offering multidimensional insights into cellular heterogeneity, gene regulatory networks, and epigenetic mechanisms.
Genolab M is a NGS platform for high-performance genomic, epigenomic and transcriptomic applications.
Each participant receives a certificate.
