Time to apply for a Master’s Program!

The submission of applications to the First Master’s Program in Bioinformatics Focusing on Single Cell Multiomics is open now. 

The new Master's Program at the Tomsk National Research Medical Center (Russia) trains highly qualified bioinformatics specialists who can analyze multiomics data in accordance with modern trends in biology and medicine. 

The Master's Program includes unique author's courses by leading experts in bulk, single cell, and spatial multiomics, and is also supported by SeekGene and MobiDrop biotechnology companies developing high-quality single cell and spatial sequencing solutions. 

The Master's Program helps graduates to build a career in basic and advanced bioinformatics analysis of genome, epigenome and transcriptome data at the bulk, single cell, and spatial levels including artificial intelligence and focusing on clinical context.
