ASCA brought together young scientists in the field of single cell multiome

The workshop «ASCA-SEEKGENE-SESANA Single Cell Multiome ATAC and RNA-seq on a Genolab M platform» was held on October 27-29, 2025.

The workshop program included introduction lecture, 2-day wet lab practice on SeekOne DD Single Cell Multiome ATAC and RNA-seq, 1-day practice on pooling and sequencing on a GeneMind Genolab M platform, and partner exhibition. 

Thanks to the direct involvement of technology developers, participants had a unique opportunity to learn all the intricacies of sample preparation, library preparation and sequencing.
