Hackatomics 2026 results
Six teams mentored by experienced experts competed for a prize pool of 450,000 rubles. The Hackathon results were announced on the first day of ASCA CONGRESS 2026: project presentations were held, and winners were awarded.
1st place and 300,000 rubles: Team 4, project "Differential diagnosis of malignant and normal cell states." Team members: Larisa Karpova, Zoya Antysheva, Yulia Uglova, Kirill Medvedev, Alexander Milek
2nd place and 100,000 rubles: Team 1, project "Prediction of targets for therapy of rare aggressive diseases." Team members: Matvey Belyakov, Veronika Samusik, Artem Saverchuk, Oleg Yurkin, Maria Barannikova
3rd place and 50,000 rubles: Team 2, project "Development of new algorithms for personalized therapy of soft tissue sarcomas." Team members: Ekaterina Markelova, Timur Khurmatullin, Natalia Rissanen, Serafima Karimova, Oksana Gritsenko.
